In the City of San Fernando, the city government has long declared it holds the highest respect for the elderly.
Mayor Edwin Santiago himself proclaimed that seniors
be treated as “senior-itos and senior-itas.”
All around the city though, even but a spit’s length from city
hall, the scenes show otherwise.
